WATERMAKER OPTIONAL
Sands filter
The sand filter serves to retain the coarsest impurities contained in seawater. This filter contains quartz sand in 2 different layers and sizes, the sand contained in the filter has a duration of at least 10/15 years and the only maintenance it needs is a counter-current wash at least once a week.
The sand filter is sized according to the system purchased and must be installed between the pre-feed pump and the 5 and 20 micron filters on the system.
Re-hardening filter
The osmosis water must be enriched with mineral salts and its aggressiveness must be neutralized in comparison with the pipes or taps or any metal part with which it comes into contact. The remineralizer filter neutralizes the possible acidity of drinking water with the addition of alkaline calcium ions. The high quality standard of the calcined dolomite used allows to limit product over-saturations following plant stops.
The limestone filter is sized according to the system purchased and must be installed between the watermaker and the fresh water tank.
Automatic panel
The automatic panel can be used in the Junior series systems and in the MC5s. In order to install this panel, the watermaker must also be automated for washing the membranes through a motorized valve installed on the pre-feed pump and other small changes to the system itself.
The panel is used to turn on, off, reset, wash the membranes, view the alarms in case of anomalies and view the operating pressure of the system all at distance. The panel is supply with 30 meters standard cable.
Semi-automatic panel
The semi-automatic panel can be used in the Junior series systems and in the MC5s. The panel is used to turn on, off, reset and view the alarms in case of anomalies all at distance.
The panel is supply with 30 meters standard cable.
Monitoring box
This box allows you to connect the watermaker to the on-board PLC, it can be both semi-automatic version (start stop reset and alarms) and automatic version (start stop reset autoflush alarms and pressure of the watermaker).
Can be used on the systems of the Junior series and on the MC5s model.

Idrofast 9100 Watersoftener
One of the most common defects of water consists in its hardness, this system serves to eliminate the hardness of the water then to eliminate the limestone contained in it. The Idrofast 9100 softener can be installed between the dock boarding and the storage boxes or after the on-board autoclave. We recommend installing it on the boarding from the quay as with this application all the equipment in contact with fresh water are protected from limescale.

Turn Fresh Water into Pure Water puRO is automatic freshwater purifier. Only one touch to start it. Production up to 500 liters hour. Purify up to 99% of all contamination.
Active carbon filter 10 micron
This filter completely in stainless steel 316L contains 3 or 7 double-acting filter basins.
The first layer retains impurities greater than 10 microns while the second layer of activated carbon eliminates odors, colors and flavors so the water that arrives at the uses is perfectly clear and free of odors due sometimes to stagnation in storage.
The advantages of the activated carbon filter can be summarized as follows:
– complete purification of chlorine
– purifying efficacy against chemical products
– elimination of any suspended material
– de-oil the water from bad smells
The large filtering surface of said filter allows a slowdown on the passage of water and this allows the cartridges to work at their best.
The 3-cartridge filter GEM3/10 is used to treat 4000 liters per hour
The 7-cartridge filter GEM7/10 serves to treat 7500 liters per hour
On request you can have filters with different single or duplex flow rates.
Duplex or triplex dock filters
These filters can be placed on the quay to clean the first water that enters the board.
The system can be duplex with a 5 micron filter and a carbon filter or triplex with a 20 micron filter a 5 micron filter and a carbon filter based on the water you have to treat.
OPTIONAL FOR QUAY WATERMAKER
Dosing unit with silver ions
This system is required on boats classified M.C.A. Normally the installation on the line of fresh water produced by the deediers is required and also on the boarding from the quay. If the production pipe of the deediers is inserted into the boarding pipe from the platform, it is sufficient to install only one dosing station. This apparatus consists of a volumetric metering pump and a water meter with pulse launcher.
When the fluid passes and depending on the flow rate, the pulse launcher sends a signal to the dosing pump which injects the product into the pipe.
OPTIONAL FOR THE LINE AFTER THE AUTOCLAVE
UV sterilizers
This system must normally be installed after the steel filter on the distribution line to the on-board users. The UV sterilizer is extremely effective, and the main advantage is that it does not require the addition of chemicals that alter the original taste and flavor of the water.
The advantages of UV filtration include:
– absence of chemicals
– absence of bacterial contamination
– no change in taste
– no elimination of beneficial minerals
The sterilizer guarantees users a water free of bacteria (eliminating up to 99.9%) that can be in the water due to bacterial migration and normally must be sized on the basis of the flow rates of the on-board autoclave. Our range of sterilizers starts from 1000 liters per hour up to 18000 liters per hour.

Safe Water filter
Rebalancing means returning the water to its natural state of purity by removing all pollutants, including bacteria and viruses, while maintaining the precious mineral salts for our health. Sw FILTER is the only system classified by the European Community as a water rebalancer.
Rebalancing the water means bringing it back to its natural state of purity: SW effectively removes all pollutants from the water, including viruses, bacteria (eg Legionella), excess chlorine and limestone, PCBs, heavy metals, manganese, iron, arsenic, chemical agents, lead, trihalomethanes, rust, rebalances the fixed residue while maintaining the mineral salts of everyday water, precious for our health.
The system consists of a carbon filter, a 0.005 micron ultrafiltration membrane and a 5 micron filter. SW can be installed in the under plinth as it has small dimensions: 40 x 30 x 10 cm (WxDxH).
